Dr. Gayathri Manikutty is a senior researcher & Asst. Professor at AMMACHI Labs, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, with over 25 years of experience in industry and academia in India and the USA. She has been recognized for her mentorship in the Atal Tinkering Labs initiative by the Indian government. Since joining AMMACHI Labs in 2013, she has led the development of haptic simulators, initiated an MTech program in Robotics and Automation, and guided numerous student projects, resulting in over 20 research publications and 2 US patents. Previously, she worked at Intel Corp. in Austin, Texas, on Intel Atom microprocessors. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is pursuing a PhD in Cognitive Science and Technology, focusing on neurocognition, AI for social robotics, and child-robot interaction.

Swarna Tamrakar, holds the position of co-chair at the Women Entrepreneurship Development Committee within the Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), and serves as a Treasurer at the Nepal Metal Association of Trade and Commerce and recently has been elected the General Secretary for Nepal-U.S Alumni Network (NUSAN). She is an alumna of the 2014 International Visitors Leadership Program for Women in Entrepreneurship, funded by the U.S State Department. She is the fourth-generation member continuing her family’s legacy in the non-ferrous metal business. Ms.Swarna is the co-founder and creator of Dil Kumari Goods, an initiative aimed at preserving grandmother’s recipes and holistic methods for maintaining healthy skin, hair, and overall wellness. She frequently speaks for safe space for women in and outside work, women in entrepreneurship and start-up and women rights in general.

Alemjungla is a successful food entrepreneur from Mokokchung, Nagaland, and the owner of Naga Bowl Express Restaurant and co-owner of Naga Bowl Bakery in Dimapur. She has worked with Oberoi, ITC, and Hilton hotels in India and Italy before returning to Nagaland, where she taught hotel management at Global Open University for over 10 years. She chairs the Naga Chef Competition, held annually since 2013 during the Hornbill Festival, and has judged several food competitions in Northeast India. Currently, Alemjungla is the Chairwoman of Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN), collaborating with the state government and entrepreneurs to promote local entrepreneurship.
