The platform enables artisans to showcase their work, share the cultural stories and processes behind their crafts, and engage in meaningful dialogue with buyers, designers, and craft enthusiasts. 09 January | Upcoming Edition
The next edition of #ArtistsMeetMarket, scheduled for 09 January, will continue to provide a dedicated online space for rural and traditional artists. The session will feature artists working with Sabai Grass (Odisha), Kashi Ghash (Odisha), Kashi Ghash & Crochet (Jharkhand), and Basketry (Jharkhand). Buyers, designers, institutions, and craft enthusiasts are invited to register and join the sessions here.
20 November 2025 | Online Buyer–Seller Meet
The November edition brought together artists representing Dhokra from Mayurbhanj (Odisha), Warli art from Palghar (Maharashtra), Appliqué from Dhanau (Rajasthan), and Wood Craft from Girla (Odisha). The virtual session enabled in-depth discussions on materials, processes, cultural contexts, and contemporary applications, while buyers explored possibilities for collaboration and design adaptation.

The October edition of #ArtistsMeetMarket featured artists practicing Dhokra (Mayurbhanj, Odisha), Sabai (Mayurbhanj, Odisha) , Shola (South 24 Parganas, West Bengal), and Wood Craft (Girla, Odisha). Artisans showcased their work and engaged directly with buyers through conversations around traditional techniques, motifs, production capacities, and evolving market needs.
