Building on the success of AWE 4.0 in 2023-2024, which supported women entrepreneurs from Mizoram and Tripura, we are excited to launch AWE 5.0 for 2024-2025 in collaboration with the U.S. Consulate General Kolkata. This year, the program focuses on empowering indigenous women from Jharkhand and Nagaland to scale their entrepreneurial ventures.

AWE 5.0 begins with a district-level bootcamp in Seraikela-Kharsawan, Jharkhand, on December 18-19, 2024. The event will bring together 30 talented women engaged in traditional crafts, pickle making, and agro-based produce to learn essential business skills from expert mentors.

Progaram Highlights:

– Training in business basics, market linkages, digital and financial inclusion to address the unique challenges faced by indigenous women entrepreneurs.

AWE 5.0 aims to empower these women with the tools and networks they need to succeed in today’s competitive market.
