About the Initiative

Women Wielding the Workplace (WWW) aims to develop solution-based support networks for enabling greater participation and leadership by women in the workforce in South Asia, with a focus on India, Nepal, and Bangladesh.

Areas of Focus:

#mPowerWomen@Business: Strengthen the network of business mentors and women-led businesses.
#Media4Women@Work: Foster media dialogue on challenges faced by working women.
#Care4Women@Work: Facilitate sharing ideas and experiences for work-life balance and working women's well-being.
